With recent technological advances in California\u2019s court system, we are now able to handle probate petitions statewide\u2014no matter where in California the property is located.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Our primary goal is always to help clients avoid probate, which can be easily achieved through proper trust planning. Unfortunately, probate becomes necessary more often than it should\u2014typically when property was never transferred into the trust, or was removed from the trust during a refinance and not put back.
